FUSION is committed to:
- Continuously improving product functionality and lifespan
We develop and produce our own functional and durable constructions. Based on our in-house prototype sewing room, our own testing laboratory, and continuous testing on top athletes, we constantly refine the capabilities and quality of our products.
We will never compromise on quick solutions or short-lived fashion items, but always strive for timeless products with long-lasting durability. - Avoiding overproduction
We use special and high-tech planning tools that analyze large amounts of data, including past sales and seasonal trends. Based on this solid foundation, we manage our own production and supply chains. This allows us to produce small, flexible product lines based on demand, so we only produce what we know we can sell. - Encouraging responsible consumption
Based on durability and versatility, we encourage the "Buy less - get more" approach. We are constantly working on developing combinations and options so that with as few products as possible, one can pursue their sport regardless of the season and weather scenario. - Creating products that have a gentle environmental and climate impact throughout their entire life cycle
We do not produce seasonal fashion and fast fashion, but a lasting and long-term timeless range. At the same time, we have the opportunity to continuously minimize resource and raw material consumption since we either own or have close and long-lasting collaborations in the production and supply chain.
By developing and processing in Denmark and the EU, we ensure that raw materials and products are not transported unnecessarily around the world.
Overproduction with the destruction of large quantities of clothing is unfortunately one of the textile industry's biggest threats to the environment. Therefore, we only produce exactly what can be sold and focus on durability and long usefulness, which are among the most important parameters in a gentle climate impact. - Not contributing to exploitation and oppression, neither human nor economic
We dye and knit about half of our fabrics in central Jutland under Danish labor market conditions and produce in our own sewing rooms in Lithuania, where our employees are covered by the social and economic welfare they are entitled to.
We do not work with suppliers who operate in countries, such as the power regime China, where basic human rights, corruption, child labor, and underpayment are part of daily life.
We also do not have collaborations (not even within Europe's borders) where ethnic minorities can be exploited due to their immigration status, language skills, lack of social networks, and unfamiliarity with trade unions. - Being the best partner for retailers
With our unique data processing and detailed reporting, our retailers can access facts about advice, planning, procurement, and sales on an ongoing basis.
Therefore, we do not work with long pre-order periods and accumulated quantity discounts. Instead, with our tools, the store has the opportunity to make precise day-to-day orders for the products that are currently in demand regarding weather and season. Thus, the business does not need large storage capacity and liquidity binding.
